These taste very much like Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies! I made this and they are VERY good! This recipe was posted by a wonderful cook name Marky90...but the photo is mine!

Ingredients

  • 2
    sleeves of ritz crackers
  • 1 1/2 lb
    mint chocolate chips chips
  • ·
    **note- if you can't find the mint chips use semi sweet chips with 1 tsp. of mint extract. i used that and it worked fine.

How to Make Ritz Mint Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt Chocolate Chips in microwave. (About 1 -1/2 minutes)
  2. Stir till creamy
  3. Dip crackers in chocolate.
  4. Put cookies on wax paper.
  5. Freeze till set.
