ritz cracker cookies
These are always a big hit when I have served them. Great for a large crowd...makes a bunch! They are easy to make but they do take some time to prepare. Well worth the effort though. Perfect blend of salty and sweet. It is hard to eat just one cracker/cookie!

Ingredients
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 box ritz crackers
- TOPPING:
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make ritz cracker cookies

Step 1Mix raisins, pecans and Eagle Brand milk. Cook on low heat until thick. Cool 15 minutes, then spread on Ritz crackers. Bake 10 minutes at 275 degrees. Then cool.

Step 2Topping: Combine confectioners sugar, margarine and vanilla. Mix well, then spread on top of Ritz crackers. Top with 1/2 of a pecan.
