  • 1/4 cup
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup
    firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 2
  • 2 tsp.
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1 tsp.
  • 1/2 tsp.
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp.
  • 1/2 cup
    peanut butter, creamy or crunchy, i use creamy peter pan

How to Make Rich, Moist and Chewy Cinnamon Peanut Butter Bars


  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
    In a bowl cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add to butter mixture and stir until moistened. Stir in peanut butter.
    Spread into a greased 7x11" baking pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until it is set in the center. Cool completely and cut in squares. Cut regular-sized, or smaller bite-sized placed in decorative paper or foil candy cups.
