This is one of my old recipes.

  • 1/2 c
  • 1 1/2 oz
    chocolate, unsweetened (11/2 squares)
  • 3/4 c
  • 1
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 2 c
  • ·
    confectioners' sugar

How to Make Rich Fudge balls


  1. Melt butter with chocolate in saucepan over low heat; cool.
    Add sugar , egg, vanilla and salt; mix thoroughly.
    Stir in flour.
    Shape into balls, using a teaspoonful for each.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 min. or until delicately browned.
    While warm, roll in confectioners'sugar.
