Ingredients For reindeer ginger snap cookie balls

  • 1 - 8 oz. pkg
    cream cheese, softened
  • 40
    ginger snap cookies, finely crushed (about 2 1/4 c), divided
  • 2 pkg
    semi-sweet baking chocolate (16 squares)
  • lollipop sticks
  • broken pretzel pieces
  • cinnmon red hot candies
  • decoating icing, blue or green (eyes)

How To Make reindeer ginger snap cookie balls

  • 1
    Mix cream cheese & cookie crumbs untill well blended.

    Shape into 30 1" balls; place on waxed paper covered baking sheet. Freeze 10 minutes. Insert lollipop stick into each ball. Dip into chocolate; return to baking sheet.

    Before chocolate hardens, decorate with broken pretzel "antlers" & red hot nose & icing eyes. Let stand until chocolate is firm. Keep refrigerated.
