Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
- 40 - ginger snap cookies, finely crushed (about 2 1/4 c), divided
- 2 packages semi-sweet baking chocolate (16 squares)
- - lollipop sticks
- - broken pretzel pieces
- - cinnmon red hot candies
- - decoating icing, blue or green (eyes)
How To Make reindeer ginger snap cookie balls

Step 1Mix cream cheese & cookie crumbs untill well blended.

Step 2Shape into 30 1" balls; place on waxed paper covered baking sheet. Freeze 10 minutes. Insert lollipop stick into each ball. Dip into chocolate; return to baking sheet.

Step 3Before chocolate hardens, decorate with broken pretzel "antlers" & red hot nose & icing eyes. Let stand until chocolate is firm. Keep refrigerated.
