I made these for my sister and she fell in love with them now evry time i go see her i have to bring them

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/3 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp
    almond extract
  • 1/4 c
    melted butter
  • 20 small
    mini resses peanut butter cups or 10 regular resses
  • 5 large
    eggs

How to Make REESES PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Step-by-Step

  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. sift dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl..flour,sugar,salt ,baking powder,baking soda
  3. chop reeses peanut butter cups ,not to fine.and fold in dry mix
  4. in another bowl mix eggs, peanut butter,oil,melted butter, vanilla extract and almond extract on med speed with electric mixer till creamy
  5. mix wet ingredients to dry and mix with wooden spoon till dough forms
  6. with a ice scream scoop ,scoop out spoonful and roll in hands place on sprayed cookie sheet with knuckles flat ball and repeat this step (for more cookies use smaller spoon or use your own judgement)
  7. place in preheated oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.remove from oven and let cool
