I absolutley love Reese's peanut butter cups and always make cookies w/ them, but figured I'd makes some bars out of them this time..They came out great!

Ingredients

  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c
    smooth peanut butter
  • 1/4 c
    canola oil
  • 1 large
    egg
  • 1 c
    peanut butter baking chips
  • 1 c
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c
    reese's mini peanut butter cups
  • 1
    14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

How to Make Reese's peanut butter cookie bars

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray.
  2. In lg bowl, beat cake mix, peanut butter, oil and egg until smooth and thick. Press cake mix into bottom of pan.
  3. Top the cake mix w/ both peanut butter chips and chocolate chips. Sprinkle w/ reese's mini peanut butter cups. Pour condensed milk over all ingredients. Bake 25 mins. Cool, cut into bars.
