Ingredients

  • COMBINE IN SMALL BOWL AND SET ASIDE

  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3/4 c
    hersheys cocoa
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • BEAT IN LARGE BOWL UNTIL FLUFFY

  • 1-1/4 c
    butter (2-1/2 sticks)
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • ADD AND BEAT WELL:

  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • GRADUALLY ADD FLOUR MIXTURE. BEAT. ADD CHIPS.

  • 10 oz
    bag of reese's peanut butter chips

How to Make Reese's Chocolate Cookie

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven 350 F
  2. Prepare cookie dough as described.
  3. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto parchment lined cookie sheet. (I use medium size cookie scoop) Flatten slightly.
  4. Bake 9-10 minutes. Do not over bake. Cookies will be soft. Note: they will puff while baking and fall when cooling.
  5. Cool slightly and remove from cookie sheet to cool completely on wire rack.
