My girls and I made these for our day one of 25-days of cookies. They tasted great and was easy for them to make.They also remained soft as many cookies do not.They were true to their recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 c
    cocoa
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 2/3 c
    reese's peanut butter chips
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Reese's chewy chocolate cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Stir together flour,cocoa,baking soda and salt. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until fluffy. Add egs and vanilla;beat well. Gradually add flour,beating well.Stir in peanut butter chips.
  2. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreasted cookie sheet.Bake 8 to 9 minutes at 350 degrees. (do not over-bake cookies will be soft.They will puff and flatten while cooling)
