Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons red food coloring drops
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips, divided
How To Make red velvet white chocolate chip cookies

Step 1preheat oven to 375. in a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, baking soda and salt, set aside.

Step 2add butter and sugar to the bowl of a electric stand mixer.

Step 3pour vinegar over mixture and blend mixture on medium speed about 4 minutes, until pale and fluffy.

Step 4add egg mix until combined. add vanilla and food coloring and mix until blended.

Step 5slowly add in dry ingredients and mix just until combined. mix in white chocolate chips.

Step 6drop cookie dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto buttered lined cookie sheets and bake in preheated oven 9-11 minutes.

Step 7allow to cool several minutes on baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool. store cookies in airtight container.

Step 8if you are going for a fancy look and want more of the white chocolate chips to show through, then pour in half of the white chocolate chips into dough and reserve the other half.

Step 9then when you place to dough balls on the cookie sheet, add about 4-5 chips to the top of each one gently pressing them into the dough being careful not to flatten the dough ball.
