1 boxred velvet cake mix

1 1/4 cvanilla or white chocolate chips
How to Make Red Velvet Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350.
Mix powdered sugar and cornstarch in a pie pan or shallow dish. (mix with a fork and set aside)
Melt butter - Blend cake mix, butter, eggs and white chocolate chips in mixing bowl. (I sometimes substitute white yogurt chips or add them with the chocolate chips for a different effect)
- Roll dough into 1 1/4" balls and roll in powdered sugar mixture. Set about 2" apart on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 for about 8-10 minutes depending on your oven. This makes moist & chewy cookies. Bake slightly longer if you like them crunchier.
