2 cups flour
1/2 cup raspberry jam or preserves

How To Make raspberry pinwheel cookies

Step 1

mix the butter, cream cheese, and sugar until creamy. add the egg. add the flour, vanilla. divide into two logs. ref 1 hr. roll out and spread with the jam. roll back up and ref 30 minutes.slice one inch thick. sprinkle with sugar. bake at 350 for app 20 min.
