2 csugar

1 lbmelted butter

FILLING

1 jar(s)(small jar) seedless red raspberry jam softened or warmed
How to Make Raspberry Crumb Bars
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease 18x12x1 pan (jelly roll).
- Mix sugar, flour, baking powder and salt until well incorporated.
- Add egg, butter milk and vanilla. Mix well.
- Spread evenly in greased pan.
- Spread softened or warmed raspberry jam evenly over base.
- Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
- Sprinkle evenly over cookie base and filling.
- Cool before cutting and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar if desired.
- Makes up to 50 small bars or cut to whatever size you wish.
