Everyone in my family just loves these. They are eaten faster than they can be baked. They are an amazing treat with and intense chocolate flavor. The stronger the coffee, the better the flavor of the chocolate on this one.

Ingredients
- 3 sticks butter, unsalted
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3 cups flour
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1 jar raspberry seedless preserves
- 1 cup brewed coffee
How To Make raspberry brownie bliss

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2In a medium sized bowl combine butter, brown sugar and flour together to form a shortbread mixture. Press this mixture into a greased 15 x 10 " pan. Bake 12- 15 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool.

Step 3When shortbread has cooled spread a layer of the Raspberry preserves/ jam over the crust and set aside.

Step 4Prepare your favorite brownie mix, and in place of the water add strong coffee along with the oil and eggs as directed on the box.

Step 5Pour brownie mix over the baked crust and bake 25 - 28 minutes, in a 350 degree oven, checking at 25 minutes.

Step 6Cut into squares when still warm and enjoy!
