Ingredients
- LAYER 1
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon powder
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 10 ounces raspberry preserves (or other flavor if you want)
- LAYER 2
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups coconut (fine cut)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1Mix all but preserves from layer 1. Press into bottom of 9x13 sprayed with PAM. Spread preserves on top. Mix all for layer 2 together. Spread on top of the preserves. Bake at 275 degrees 25-30 min.
