How to Make Ranger Cookies

  1. Turn oven on at 350* Bake 10-12 Min
  2. Cream together brown sugar, white sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
  3. mix dry ing: baking powder, soda, salt, and flour add to creamed mixture.
  4. add by hand: oatmeal, coconut, choc chips and chopped nuts.
This will make a very stiff dough and can be a little hard to mix.
I used a large metal spoon. I also used an ice cream scoop (medium size) to form them.
I baked mine for 12:00 min and took them right off the pan.
