Ingredients

  • 2 c
    brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 2 c
    white sugar
  • 2 c
    canola oil or wesson oil
  • 4
    eggs
  • 4 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 4 c
    flour--sifted
  • 4 c
    oatmeal--quick
  • 2 c
    coconut, flaked
  • 1 c
    chocolate chips
  • 1 c
    walnuts--chopped

How to Make Ranger Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Turn oven on at 350* Bake 10-12 Min
  2. Cream together brown sugar, white sugar,oil, eggs and vanilla.
  3. mix dry ing: baking powder, soda, salt,and flour add to creamed mixture.
  4. add by hand: oatmeal, coconut, choc chips and chopped nuts.
    This will make a very stiff dough and can be a little hard to mix.
    I used a large metal spoon. I also used an ice cream scoop (medium size) to form them.
    I baked mine for 12:00 min and took them right off the pan.
