Ingredients

  • 1 c
    uncooked oatmeal
  • 1/3 c
    splenda sweetner
  • 1 c
    raisins or other small fruit
  • 6 oz
    pureed plums
  • 1/4 c
    egg substitue
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Raisisn Oatmeal Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Drop by tablespoon onto a baking sheet sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Bake 10-15 minutes or until browned. Cookies are cake-like and don't spread much so they can be placed close together.
