Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened (1 stick)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 - egg white
- 2 cups dark or milk chocolate covered raisins
- 1 cup pecans, chopped (or any nuts of your choice) optional
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut (optional)
How To Make raisinets cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.

Step 2Beat butter, sugars and vanilla extract using a mixer until creamy.

Step 3Add eggs to the butter mixture, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Step 4Gradually beat in flour mixture.

Step 5Fold in chocolate covered raisins, nuts and shredded coconut.

Step 6Drop by rounded spoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
