  • 125 g
    butter unsalted, room temperature
  • 125 ml
    soft brown sugar
  • 125 ml
    castor/confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 large
    egg,well beaten
  • 1 3/4 c
    self rising flour
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 pkg

How to Make Rainbow Biscuits


  1. Create batter by beating together your butter and sugar until well combined and light in color. Add in vanilla and egg and beat until combined. Use a spoon to fully incorporate your dry ingredients. Form balls, place on floured cookie sheet and decorate with candy.
  2. Bake for 15 minutes in a pre - heated oven set at 180 degrees centigrade until golden brown.
