These are wonderful and I make them for Easter and for Christmas. They are very rich so I cut them into small cookies

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
2 - 6 oz package of butterscotch morsels
1 package rainbow marshmallows
3/4 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts

How To Make rainbow bars

Step 1

Melt butter, peanut butter and morsels.

Step 2

Cool slightly
Step 3

Mix in marshmallows, coconut and peanuts
Step 4

Spray a 9x13 dish.
Step 5

Put mixture into dish and pat down with a fork.
Step 6

Cool completely in frig. Cut into squares.
