This one hails from Canada.

These are a different kind of cookie, and sound absolutely delicious!
I will be baking these for my grandkids to see if they agree with me.

eggs. beaten until lemon colored
1 tsp
1/2 c
1 c
walnuts, chopped
1 c
dates, chopped
2 c
corn flakes, crumbled

How to Make Ragged Robins


  • 1Beat eggs until lemon colored; gradually add sugar and vanilla and continue to beat until well blended.
  • 2Add chopped nuts and dates.
    Fold crumbled corn flakes into mixture.
  • 3Shape into balls 1 inch in diameter and place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 350 D/F for 12-15 minutes.
    Makes 4 dozen.
