This is a quick and delicious cookie recipe from my husband's family. Everyone loves them and they are SO good warm. My husband actually eats them right out of the oven!!

How to Make Quincy Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Cream sugar and butter with electric mixer until really creamy. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Take up while hot.
  2. ENJOY!!
