  • 2 c
    brown sugar, light
  • 2
  • 3 c
    self rising flour
  • 1 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 jar(s)
    marshmellow fluff
  • 1/2 stick
  • 1 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp

How to Make pumpkin whoopie pie


  1. mix pumpkin, oil, eggs, vanilla and brown sugar till smooth
  2. add flour to it mix all together
  3. scoop batter mix on un greased cookie sheet 1 inch apart cook at 350 for 12 mins, let cool
  4. bake all till all mix is used,
  5. mix cream cheese and butter till smooth add powdered sugar add marshmallow mix spread on one lil pie add another to make sandwiches
