Pumpkin Gingerbread Suprise

This is so good I make it for Thanksgiving. Make sure you see optional section

2 box
gingerbread bread mix
5 oz
1 box of vanilla pudding
30 oz
1 can pumpkin pie filling
1/2 can(s)
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 tsp
ground cinnamon
12 oz
1 container frozen cool whip
1/2 c
ginger snaps


1Bake, let cool ginger bread as directed then crumble
2while giner bread is cooking fix pudding as directed then set aside to cool
3after everything has cooled mix very well pumpkin filling, sugar, cinnamon. Stir the pudding into the pumpkin mix
4Layer 1/2 ginger bread, 1/2 pudding mix, 1/2 cool whip, repeat top with ginger snaps
5refrig over night for best results
6Optional instead of using cool whip sub 16 ounces of cream cheese and conf sugar (about a cup) mix well
