Ingredients
- 2 boxes gingerbread bread mix
- 5 ounces 1 box of vanilla pudding
- 30 ounces 1 can pumpkin pie filling
- 1/2 can brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 12 ounces 1 container frozen cool whip
- 1/2 cup ginger snaps
How To Make pumpkin gingerbread suprise

Step 1Bake, let cool ginger bread as directed then crumble

Step 2while giner bread is cooking fix pudding as directed then set aside to cool

Step 3after everything has cooled mix very well pumpkin filling, sugar, cinnamon. Stir the pudding into the pumpkin mix

Step 4Layer 1/2 ginger bread, 1/2 pudding mix, 1/2 cool whip, repeat top with ginger snaps

Step 5refrig over night for best results

Step 6Optional instead of using cool whip sub 16 ounces of cream cheese and conf sugar (about a cup) mix well
