gingerbread bread mix
5 oz
1 box of vanilla pudding
30 oz
1 can pumpkin pie filling
1/2 can(s)
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 tsp
ground cinnamon
12 oz
1 container frozen cool whip
1/2 c
ginger snaps

How to Make Pumpkin Gingerbread Suprise


  • 1Bake, let cool ginger bread as directed then crumble
  • 2while giner bread is cooking fix pudding as directed then set aside to cool
  • 3after everything has cooled mix very well pumpkin filling, sugar, cinnamon. Stir the pudding into the pumpkin mix
  • 4Layer 1/2 ginger bread, 1/2 pudding mix, 1/2 cool whip, repeat top with ginger snaps
  • 5refrig over night for best results
  • 6Optional instead of using cool whip sub 16 ounces of cream cheese and conf sugar (about a cup) mix well
