  • 2 box
    gingerbread bread mix
  • 5 oz
    1 box of vanilla pudding
  • 30 oz
    1 can pumpkin pie filling
  • 1/2 can(s)
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/3 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 12 oz
    1 container frozen cool whip
  • 1/2 c
    ginger snaps

How to Make Pumpkin Gingerbread Suprise


  1. Bake, let cool ginger bread as directed then crumble
  2. while giner bread is cooking fix pudding as directed then set aside to cool
  3. after everything has cooled mix very well pumpkin filling, sugar, cinnamon. Stir the pudding into the pumpkin mix
  4. Layer 1/2 ginger bread, 1/2 pudding mix, 1/2 cool whip, repeat top with ginger snaps
  5. refrig over night for best results
  6. Optional instead of using cool whip sub 16 ounces of cream cheese and conf sugar (about a cup) mix well
