Ingredients

  • 2 boxes gingerbread bread mix
  • 5 ounces 1 box of vanilla pudding
  • 30 ounces 1 can pumpkin pie filling
  • 1/2 can brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 12 ounces 1 container frozen cool whip
  • 1/2 cup ginger snaps

How To Make pumpkin gingerbread suprise

  • Step 1
    Bake, let cool ginger bread as directed then crumble
  • Step 2
    while giner bread is cooking fix pudding as directed then set aside to cool
  • Step 3
    after everything has cooled mix very well pumpkin filling, sugar, cinnamon. Stir the pudding into the pumpkin mix
  • Step 4
    Layer 1/2 ginger bread, 1/2 pudding mix, 1/2 cool whip, repeat top with ginger snaps
  • Step 5
    refrig over night for best results
  • Step 6
    Optional instead of using cool whip sub 16 ounces of cream cheese and conf sugar (about a cup) mix well
