Ingredients

  • 2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 can(s)
    pumpkin
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 4 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    ginger
  • 1 c
    raisins
  • 1 c
    nuts

How to Make Pumpkin Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Sift flower, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and ginger. Mix b.sugar pumpkin, oil, vanilla together. Mix sifted ingredients, mix well. Add raisins and nuts mixing til combined well. Spoon onto greased cookie sheets. Bake@ 350 for 12-15 minutes.
