Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- 1 x large egg
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 sm box fat free sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix, dry
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
How To Make pumpkin chocolate chip cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.

Step 2Combine pumpkin, sugar, vegetable oil & egg. Mix until combined. In a separate bowl, sift flour, dry pudding, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, salt & baking soda. Add milk & vanilla extract to flour mixture.

Step 3Add pumpkin mixture into the flour mixture & mix until fully combined. Add in chocolate chips.

Step 4Drop spoon size dough balls onto the greased cookie sheet, about 1" apart. Bake for about 8 - 12 minutes or until cookies are browned!
