Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 2 - eggs
- 2 1/2-3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice, ground
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups gourmet chocolate chips
How To Make pumpkin chocolate chip cookies

Step 1Mix oil, sugar, pumpkin and eggs. Sift dry ingredients together and add to wet ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by the teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 6 to 8 minutes.
