This is a must have around the holidays. Every year my family looks forward to my pumpkin chocolate chip. My 4 year old just told me that the last time I made them "you are the best mommy for making my favorite cookies"

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter room temp
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
How To Make pumpkin chocolate chip cookies

Step 1Set oven for 350 degrees

Step 2Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in bowl. Set bowl aside.

Step 3In new bowl mix butter with both sugars (brown and white)

Step 4Beat in egg, vanilla, and pumpkin puree to butter and sugar mix.

Step 5Slowly hand mix in bowl of dry ingredients.

Step 6Add in chocolate chips

Step 7Place teaspoon size batter onto cookie sheet and bake for 12-14 min.
