This is a must have around the holidays. Every year my family looks forward to my pumpkin chocolate chip. My 4 year old just told me that the last time I made them "you are the best mommy for making my favorite cookies"

Ingredients For pumpkin chocolate chip cookies

  • 2 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 pinch
    nutmeg
  • 1 c
    chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    butter room temp
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    pumpkin puree

How To Make pumpkin chocolate chip cookies

    Set oven for 350 degrees
  • 2
    Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in bowl. Set bowl aside.

    In new bowl mix butter with both sugars (brown and white)

    Beat in egg, vanilla, and pumpkin puree to butter and sugar mix.

    Slowly hand mix in bowl of dry ingredients.

    Add in chocolate chips

    Place teaspoon size batter onto cookie sheet and bake for 12-14 min.
