Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3fourths cups butter or margarine softened at room temp.
- 2thirds cups sugar
- 2thirds cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 - egg
- 1half cup cooked ,mashed or pumpkin puree
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 cup white chocolate pieces
- 2 thirds cups chopped pecans
How To Make pumpkin chippers

Step 1Preheat oven to 350deg. ine cookie sheet with alumin foil. Combine the flour and butterscotch chips and process in food processor (fitted with steel blade) until chips are fine as flour.Pour into a large bowl. Add baking soda, butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, and pumpkin. Beat until well mixed. Stir in the oats, white chocklet, and pecans. Drop by teaspoons onto foil lined cookie sheet, about 2 inche apart. Bake 12 -14 minutes until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet and cool on rack. Store in air tight container.
