Ingredients

  • 1(15oz) can(s)
    pumpkin
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 tsp
    milk
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1(12oz) pkg
    chocolate chips

How to Make Pumpkin Chip Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix pumpkin, milk, baking soda, eggs, oil, and sugar. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients leaving chocolate chips for last.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until done. Do not over bake. Touch top of cookie, if it springs back, they're done.
