Ingredients
- 1(15oz) can pumpkin
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1(12oz) package chocolate chips

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Mix pumpkin, milk, baking soda, eggs, oil, and sugar. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients leaving chocolate chips for last.

Step 3Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Step 4Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until done. Do not over bake. Touch top of cookie, if it springs back, they're done.
