I've had this recipe for many years, and they've always been a big hit. These bars are easy to make and are a delicious alternative to pumpkin pie, especially after a big holiday meal.

Ingredients
- 1 can 16 oz pound cake mix
- 3 - eggs
- 4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spce
- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can 14 oz eagle brand milk
- 1 can 16 oz pumpkin (2 cups)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts
How To Make pumpkin cheesecake bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, on low speed, combine cake mix, one egg, margarine and two teaspoons spice until crumbly.

Step 2Press onto 15" X 10" jellyroll pan and set aside.

Step 3In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then two eggs, pumpkin, two teaspoons spice, and salt. Mix well. Pour over crust. Sprinkle nuts on top.

Step 4Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Chill. Cut into any size bars. Store in refrigerator.
