Ingredients

  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 pkg
    instant chocolate pudding
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 pkg
    6 oz. (6 squares) white chocolate, chopped

How to Make PUDDIN' COOKIES

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl with a mixer until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the instant pudding mix and beat until blended.
  3. Add eggs and baking soda and mix well.
  4. Gradually add flour in 3 increments and beat after each addition till well blended.
  5. Stir in the white chocolate.
  6. Drop tablespoons of dough, 2 inches apart onto a cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  8. Cool for a minute on the cookie sheet, then remove cookies onto a wire rack to cool completely.
