Ingredients
- 1 cup + 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats (quaker 5-minute oatmeal)
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 3/4 cup mrs. richardson's butterscotch caramel topping

Step 1In large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, oats, brown sugar, soda, salt and butter. Blend well at low speed to form crumbs. Press half of crumbs into bottom of an 11" x 7" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.

Step 2Remove pan from oven. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and pecans. Blend caramel topping with remaining flour. Pour caramel mixture over chocolate and pecans to cover. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Chill 1-2 hours before serving. Cut into bars.
