pretzel cookies

I didn't all then right ingredients for this cookie so I thought crushed pretzels would be a good substitution. Would be good also if a nut allergy was keeping nuts out of a recipe. It gives a nice crunch

Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup rice crispies
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup crushed pretzels ( little pretzel sticks)
- 1 cup oats (quick)
- 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
How To Make pretzel cookies

Step 1Cream sugars,margarine and oil. Add egg and vanilla and cream until light and fluffy.

Step 2Combine the flour, salt, soda and cream of tarter. Add the rest of ingredients and mix.

Step 3Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and blend well.

Step 4Chill for at least 1 hour.

Step 5Roll into balls and press down with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 deg. F 10 to 5 min.
