This is a different twist on cookies. I love to try unusual recipes and I think this one is totally unusual. It's really good, so give it a try. The kids will love them. But be careful, they are highly addictive.

  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 2/3 c
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla xtract
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    potato chips, crushed
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped walnuts

How to Make Potato Chip Crispies


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together. Add flour, walnuts and chips and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet at least an inch apart. Bake for 12 minutes until light brown
