Received this receipe from a co-worker over 20 years ago. Submitted it to my church cookbook. Many were not sure about it until I brought samples the next week.

Ingredients

1 cup sugar granulated
1 cup butter, room temperature or margarine
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 - well beaten eggs
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups crushed potato chips
6 ounces pkg of butterscotch chips (may have to divide lg bag)

How To Make potato chip cookies (one the kids like)

Step 1

Beat eggs, sugars, margarine together

Step 2

Add flour & soda, then potato chips & butterscotch chips.
Step 3

Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.Bake 10 minutes @ 325 on ungreased cookie sheet.
Step 4

Watch carefully-burn easily.
