My 2 favorite things, potato chips and cookies!! These are buttery, light and has a crunch from the salty snack.

Makes 5 dozen cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup crushed potato chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make potato chip cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Gradually add flour, beating until combined. Beat in vanilla. Stir in potato chips and pecans. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 2Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
