Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup crushed potato chips
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts-any kind ; can omit if you like

How To Make potato chip cookies

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar. Mix in flour and blend well.Fold in crushed potato chips and nuts.Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
