potato chip cookies
(1 RATING)
This recipe came from my Grandma Jeanette Lillie. They fascinated me when I was a kid because they had potato chips in them which makes them unique. I love the salty sweet taste of these cookies.

How To Make potato chip cookies
-
Step 11. Cream together until smooth the shortening, sugar, brown sugar, and eggs.
-
Step 22. Add vanilla and soda, mix well. Add the flour, chips, and peanuts. Mix well.

Step 33. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet and back in a 350* oven for about 12 minutes. This cookie is supposed to be crispy and crunchy, so don't under bake them.
