Potato Chip Cookies
Will keep well in a tin with a tight lid. They are better the second or third day.
- 1 lb
- butter, room temperature
- 1 c
- sugar (granulated)
- 2 tsp
- vanilla extract
- 3 c
- 1 1/2 c
- crushed potato chips
- powdered sugar
How to Make Potato Chip Cookies
- 1Beat butter until light and fluffy.
- 2Add sugar and beat well. Mix in vanilla, then add flour gradually.
- 3Crush potato chips with your hands and add to mixture.
- 4Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes until brown around the edges @ 350. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
