potato chip cookies
(1 RATING)
My daughter, DeDe, found this recipe in collection of old cook books, in library at WTC, "West Texas College" in Synder Texas. I have been making them for past 10-12 years. This recipe is "50 years old" Am so glad she collects recipes, like her Mama. Please try these cookies, you will find them very flavorful and delicious. The recipe called for chocolate chips. I tried them with peanut butter chips also. Very good with either one. You will find your favorite. I had never heard of Potato Chip Cookies. Have any of you ladies ever heard of them? Give them a try, I think you will like them.
