1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 - eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups coarsely crushed potato chips
1 package 16 oz pkg butterscotch chips
2 1/2 cups flour

How To Make potato chip cookies

Step 1

Cream together butter & sugar,add eggs, vanilla,beat well,add crushed potato chips,sift flour and soda;stir into creamed mixture.Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
