My sister-in-law gave me this recipe quite a while ago.She has made these quite a lot and always sends us some.I think thy are awesome!!

How to Make Portuguese Bisquits

Step-by-Step

  1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.Add eggs one at a time.Beat well.
  2. Add dry ingredients 2 Tbsp.at a time until all is used.Dough will be stiff.
  3. Make walnut size balls and roll into a rope 6 in. long.
  4. Make a ring,pinch ends together or make into S shape.
  5. Place on lightly greased baking sheet.Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden in color.makes 2-3 dozen.(check after 10 min.)
