My sister-in-law gave me this recipe quite a while ago.She has made these quite a lot and always sends us some.I think thy are awesome!!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make portuguese bisquits

Step 1Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.Add eggs one at a time.Beat well.

Step 2Add dry ingredients 2 Tbsp.at a time until all is used.Dough will be stiff.

Step 3Make walnut size balls and roll into a rope 6 in. long.

Step 4Make a ring,pinch ends together or make into S shape.

Step 5Place on lightly greased baking sheet.Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden in color.makes 2-3 dozen.(check after 10 min.)
