Ingredients
- CRUMB BASE
- 1 1/4 cups quick oatmeal
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- CHOCOLATE FILLING
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 ounces chocolate, unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 - eggs
How To Make polar chocolate delight

Step 1For base, combine oats, sugar, nuts and butter, mixing until crumbly.

Step 2Place in a shallow baking pan.

Step 3Heat in preheated 350 degree oven about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4Firmly press 3/4 of mixture into an ungreased 8-inch square baking pan.

Step 5Set aside remaining crumb mixture for topping.

Step 6For filling, beat butter and sugar together until creamy.

Step 7Blend in melted and cooled chocolate and vanilla.

Step 8Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Step 9Spread evenly over crumb base.

Step 10Freeze until firm. To serve, cut in pieces.
