1 cup sugar
1 cup margarine
8 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 - egg
2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3oz boxes jello pudding pistashio
- topping
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon shortening
1 cup little color sprinkle balls

How To Make pistashio cream cheese cookies

Step 1

In lg bowl mix sugar,margarine,cream cheese until lightly fluffy add vanilla ,eggs mix, mix together flour,baking powder,salt

Step 2

mix together dry and wet ingredients put in refrigerator for 1 hour
Step 3

shape into 1 1/2 inch finger shape bake 350 for 8 to 10 mins or until golden brown around the edges let cool
Step 4

in sauce pan melted chocolate chips and shortening on low heat top each cookie with chocolate and then the little color sprinkle balls let chocolate set
