Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 box pistachio instant pudding
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 - eggs
How To Make pistachio cookies

Step 1Mix flour and baking soda and set aside. Cream together: shortening, margarine, sugars, pudding, and vanilla. Add eggs and mix well. Gradually add dry ingredients. Mix until well blended. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.(I use parchment paper). Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned.
