How to Make Pistachio Cookies
- Mix flour and baking soda and set aside. Cream together: shortening, margarine, sugars, pudding, and vanilla. Add eggs and mix well. Gradually add dry ingredients. Mix until well blended. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.(I use parchment paper). Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned.
