Pink Lemonade Cookies

Andrea Olson

One day I was in the breakroom at work and in the refrigerator were some bright pink cookies on a plate. I sampled one and thought they were so yummy that I had to find the recipe. I searched on the internet and found this one. It comes from the Betty Crocker kitchen and am looking forward to making them for my family.

If “pinker” color is desired, stir a drop or two of red food color into the dough or frosting…or both!

Sprinkle frosted cookies with coarse white or pink sugar.
