These cookies are easy to make and very delicious. If you want to add dried fruit, such as cranberries, cherries, or raisins, they add a delicious flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 box pineapple cake mix (duncan hines is great)
- 2 - eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
How To Make pineapple pecan cake mix cookies

Step 1Put eggs in bowl and whisk until well mixed. Add the oil and mix.

Step 2Add the cake mix and stir until thoroughly combined. Then add the pecans or almonds if desired.

Step 3Pre-heat the oven to 350 and preparing your cookie sheets. I line my cookie sheets with non-stick foil and spray them lightly with Pam. They do stick if you don't spray the foil.

Step 4Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared foil. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. They smell heavenly as they bake!
