Ingredients

1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 - eggs, beaten
1 can pineapple, crushed (8 oz) drained
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups all purpose flour

How To Make pineapple nut cookies

Step 1

Cream shortening and sugars. Add eggs.

Step 2

Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture with pineapple, vanilla, and nuts. Mix well.
Step 3

Drop by teaspoon on greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
