Ingredients

1 cup butter or oleo
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 - eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
4 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

How To Make pineapple cookies

Step 1

Cream butter, sugars and eggs,

Step 2

Add vanilla and pineapple.
Step 3

Sift dry ingrediants together, and add to butter mixture.
Step 4

Add nuts, if desired.
Step 5

Drop onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for l0 minutes.
